Hi, we’re Denis & Tracy!
We’re lake people at heart — parents to two amazing boys (Tad and Charlie), long-time Lake of the Ozarks regulars, and firm believers that the best memories happen on the water, around a firepit, or laughing around a big table after a day in the sun.

Our family has spent years soaking up everything the lake has to offer — early-morning coffee on the deck, kids cannonballing off the dock, sunset cruises, Tracy spotting every bald eagle within a mile, and Denis trying (and sometimes failing) to perfect the art of the Blackstone breakfast.

When we found this home, it checked every box we didn’t even know we had:

This is our family’s happy place — where we celebrate, unwind, reconnect, and make the kind of memories the boys still bring up years later. Now we get to share it with other families who want that same feeling.
